These communication bands were designed for you!
One side is green to show that you are ready to engage, the other side is red. Red shows that you require a break to be able to get back to Green. So all you do is flip the band over as required.
This is a great tool to assist with independence and confidence while learning your triggers and learning more about your emotional needs.
